What this site collects

  • One advertising pixel. This site uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure whether our ads work — it sets cookies and reports page visits to Meta. Details below.
  • Analytics: we use (or plan to use) Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across sites. Cloudflare, as our hosting provider, processes standard server logs (IP address, user agent) to serve and protect the site.
  • Support email: if you email support@swmskit.com, we keep the correspondence to help you and for records of refunds. We don't add you to a mailing list.

Purchases

Advertising measurement (Meta Pixel)

We use the Meta Pixel so that when we pay Facebook to show ads, we can tell whether those ads lead to visits and purchases. It sets cookies and sends page-view information to Meta, handled under Meta's privacy policy. You can limit this with your browser's cookie controls or ad blockers — the site works fine with the pixel blocked. Last updated: 1 October 2026.

Purchases are processed by Payhip on Payhip's own checkout — your payment details never touch this site. Payhip shares with us the buyer information needed to deliver the product and handle refunds (name, email, order details), handled per Payhip's privacy policy.

What we don't do

  • No selling or renting personal information — to anyone, ever.
  • No marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in to something clearly labelled as one.

Access, correction, deletion

Email support@swmskit.com and we'll show you, fix or delete what we hold about you, subject to records we must keep (e.g. of refunds). We handle personal information consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.

The site workspace (October 2026)

If you use checkout on this site, we store the name, email, business name and licence key needed to open the vault and the tax invoice. Card numbers are handled by Payhip or Stripe, not by this site. Project SWMS fields, photos and logos stay in your browser unless you publish a register link or create a support share. You can revoke a support share from your order page. Newsletter and waitlist emails are kept only if you opt in. First-party funnel counts (page, checkout, download) are stored to run the product. The Meta pixel described above is unchanged.
